Information stored on your device
Drop Browser stores browsing history, bookmarks, settings, download records, saved files, and playback positions on your device. Website data, including cookies, is handled by iOS WebKit. A date used for the free daily download limit is stored in the device Keychain. You can clear browsing data in the app and delete files you saved.
Websites and downloads
When you visit a website or download from it, your device connects to that website and its media servers. The site may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and cookies needed for the request. Each site’s privacy policy applies to its own collection and use of data.
Purchases
Premium purchases and subscription status are handled through Apple StoreKit and your Apple Account. Drop Browser reads the purchase entitlement to unlock features. We do not receive your payment card details.
Your files
Downloaded files are stored on your device. The app does not offer its own file upload or cloud sync service. If you choose to expose saved files in the iOS Files app or share them using iOS, the services you choose may process those files under their own terms.
This website
The website remembers your language choice in browser local storage. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process basic request logs to serve the site.
